Types of Services
New Patient Visit $60
FIRST TIME PATIENTS, must book a New Patient Appointment before receiving further care for a Chiropractic Adjustment. An evaluation is needed so that we can create a specific plan for your needs! This is a one time fee.
30 Minute Chiropractic Session $80
In depth analysis of the body generally focusing on 1-2 regions or primary complaint which includes full body adjustment, myofascia release, trigger point therapy, IASTM- instrumented assisted soft tissue mobilization (if needed) assessing proper ergonomics, muscular biomechanics, and rehab exercises.
Follow Up Assessment & Chiropractic Adjustment (NEW PATIENTS ONLY) $80
We will be discussing findings from the diagnostic imaging in addition to course of treatment. This visit will also include your first chiropractic adjustment which is an in depth analysis of the body generally focusing on 1-2 regions or primary complaint which includes full body adjustment, myofascia release, trigger point therapy, IASTM- instrumented assisted soft tissue mobilization (if needed) assessing proper ergonomics, muscular biomechanics, and rehab exercises.
1 Hr Comprehensive Chiropractic Session $150
In depth analysis of 3-4 regions or main complaint which includes full body adjustment, myofascia release, cupping, trigger point therapy, IASTM- instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, assessing proper ergonomics, muscular biomechanics, and rehab exercises. This service allows more time with the doctor to further address complaints.
Cupping $25
During cupping treatment, the vacuum effect creates a gentle suction on the skin’s surface, which promotes several therapeutic benefits:
1. Improved Blood Circulation: Cupping helps stimulate blood flow to the targeted areas, which can enhance the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to tissues, promoting overall healing.
2. Pain Relief: Many individuals turn to cupping to alleviate muscle tension and reduce pain, making it a popular choice for those with chronic pain conditions or athletes seeking recovery.
3. Relaxation and Stress Reduction: Cupping can induce a deep sense of relaxation, making it a valuable component of stress management and relaxation practices.
4. Release of Muscular Knots: The suction created by the cups can help release tight muscle knots, improving range of motion and flexibility.
Cupping therapy may leave temporary circular marks or bruises on the skin, which typically fade within a few days.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit cards, cash, Apple Pay, HSA & FSA cards ensuring a convenient and secure transaction process for our chiropractic clinic services.
Do you accept insurance?
By not accepting insurance, I ensure that my patients receive the highest quality of care tailored specifically to their individual needs, without the limitations and constraints often imposed by insurance companies. This approach allows me to focus on evidence-based treatments and dedicate sufficient time for each session, leading to better outcomes. Additionally, it eliminates unexpected costs and administrative hassles, providing a transparent and straightforward payment process that prioritizes patient health and satisfaction.
Is there a cancellation fee?
At Phoummavong Chiropractic & Rehab, we are committed to providing the highest quality care to each of our patients. In order to respect both your time and the time of other patients, we kindly request that you follow the guidelines below:
Cancellations: We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a full charge cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy: If you miss an appointment without notifying us, a no-show cancellation fee of a full charge will be applied. This fee covers the time reserved specifically for you. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file, and future appointments may require prepayment.
Reschedules: We understand that things come up. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Reschedules made with at least 24 hours notice will not incur any charges.
